These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "Player", or "You") and 178bets (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Platform", "We", or "Us"), governing your access to and use of the online betting and gaming services available at https://178bets.cam (the "Site" or "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Site, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all features, services, and content available on 178bets, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, lottery games, arcade games, and all promotional or loyalty programme activities. 3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or place any bet on the Platform. 178bets operates a strict minimum age policy and applies age verification during registration and KYC. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online betting activities are not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration. 178bets does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where our services are explicitly restricted.

3.3 Personal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, third-party restriction, or court order that would prohibit you from participating in gambling activities.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 178bets. The creation of multiple accounts — whether identified by shared name, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 178bets reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated winnings.

To create a 178bets account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

4.1 Registration Information

The following information is required at registration: full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, preferred currency (MYR), and a secure password. You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 178bets will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via our 24/7 live chat support.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 178bets is required to verify your identity under applicable AML obligations. You will be required to submit: a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad / Passport / Driver's Licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending documentation review.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits into your 178bets account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your name and supported by the Platform. Supported Malaysian payment methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, USDT, and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel.

178bets reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used. Deposits made from payment methods not in the account holder's name may be declined or held pending verification.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances must be fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method in your registered name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated for a specific method.

Processing times: Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow — typically 5 to 30 minutes; FPX bank transfer — typically 1 to 3 business hours; Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC) — typically 15 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions. Times may vary and are not guaranteed.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on 178bets are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. No foreign exchange fees are charged by 178bets, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

178bets offers a range of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, cashback programmes, loyalty tiers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms applicable to each individual offer.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any part of the bonus or resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are specified for each promotion (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) and must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Real Money Balance is used first in all bets before Bonus Balance, unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular game or promotion.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, traded, or shared.
• 178bets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring valid bonus credits already in effect.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing low-risk bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated betting patterns across linked accounts, or using excluded games towards wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 178bets reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is reasonably suspected.

6.3 Birthday & Referral Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are tiered based on your VIP level at the time of your birthday month. Referral bonuses (MYR 38 per successful referral) are credited upon a referred friend's first qualifying deposit. Both bonus types are subject to standard wagering requirements. Mock bonus figures referenced in promotions are illustrative and may be updated without notice.

All bets placed on 178bets are subject to these Terms and any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of all applicable rules.

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is accepted only when the Platform confirms acceptance and issues a bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmed reference should be treated as unplaced. 178bets is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the User's side.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types and are displayed within each game or market. 178bets reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits where unusual betting patterns or risk management considerations require it.

7.3 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or settlement — including technical errors, data feed errors, or obvious mis-pricing — 178bets reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to accounts, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. This applies to all betting markets including sports, live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and casino games.

7.4 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of any bet or game, the records maintained by 178bets' platform servers shall be considered definitive evidence of the result, unless a technical fault is confirmed. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event via our support team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 178bets Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with associated funds withheld pending investigation:

• Fraud and collusion: Any deliberate attempt to defraud 178bets, collude with other players, or exploit software vulnerabilities or game mechanics in a manner not intended by the Platform.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether independently or through proxies, agents, or third parties.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform as a conduit for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
• Misuse of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interferes with or automates interaction with the Platform without prior written consent from 178bets.
• Providing false information: Registering with false identity details, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or misrepresenting your eligibility or jurisdiction of residence.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access, use, or operate your account on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to 178bets. Such conduct will be reported to relevant financial institutions and may result in legal action.

178bets is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become harmful, and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following tools and resources are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day review period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 178bets. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 178bets Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and the overall "look and feel" of the Site — is the proprietary property of 178bets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of online betting and gaming. You may not: reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 178bets; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform; remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices on any materials accessed through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 178bets, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from Platform unavailability, technical faults, or bet settlement errors;
• Losses caused by delays in withdrawal processing arising from payment provider issues outside 178bets' direct control;
• Damage to your device or data resulting from accessing the Platform;
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 178bets makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, though we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform stability and security.

178bets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Court order or regulatory direction requiring account restriction;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements.

Where an account is closed due to User breach, 178bets reserves the right to withhold any pending bonuses and void unsettled bets. Real Money Balances will be returned to the User's last verified payment method, net of any amounts owed to the Platform, subject to completion of applicable AML checks.

12.1 Inactive Account Fee

Accounts that have not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. A monthly dormancy fee of RM10 (or the full remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts, in accordance with standard industry practice. Users will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

178bets reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will provide notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of 178bets following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the 178bets Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 178bets, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to resolve the matter amicably.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of Malaysia, which shall apply to the extent required by applicable legislation.
